As the Project Manager for NCAA, Amanda Koelker is responsible for overseeing the NCAA department and onsite ground transportation for NCAA Championship events.
Amanda came to STM in 2008 with over 8 years in the travel industry. She attended Hamilton Business College where she graduated and attained her Travel Business Management degree, as well as earned her CTA certification through ICTA. She started here career with STM as a member of the NCAA travel department, and quickly moved into the lead role, where she was then promoted to Operations Manager in 2011. In 2016, she transitioned to our Sports and Logistics Department, overseeing the regular season sports operations department and our onsite teams. Keeping the momentum of building and developing our business, Amanda took on the role of Implementation Project Manager where she led company and client onboarding processes from start to post launch. As Implementation project manager she managed large, involved projects, including planning, and executing company initiatives, new product implementations, existing client mergers, acquisitions, introducing and implementing new products and tools to our travel programs, and so much more.
Most recently Amanda joined our STM Driven team as the Project Manager for NCAA Championships in July of 2021. While she is new to the bus industry, she does come armed with vast experience servicing, implementing, and managing various accounts and the understanding and involvement it takes to manage an effective program. Amanda exudes a tremendous amount of drive and dedication to STM Driven, our customers and our vendor relationships. Amanda’s focus lies in building and maintaining relationships, creating efficiencies, defining performance standards, adhering to, and organizing the most optimal solutions for our client needs.
Outside of work life, Amanda enjoys time with her family at their cabin in the Northwoods. She also values her personal time at Hot Yoga even if it is a 4:45am wakeup call. Her kids keep her busy being a driver and spectator to practices and games for Hockey, Figure Skating, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Softball, and every other sport so you can imagine, and this is what keeps her so engrained in Sports and NCAA!
