Nichole started with Short’s Travel as an intern in 2006. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa that spring, Nichole was hired full time in the NCAA department. During her time with STM, Nichole has served as lead agent in the NCAA department, member of the Sports and Logistics Department, Training Coordinator and now NCAA Operations Coordinator for STM Driven.
Nichole thrives on providing the best customer service and attention to detail to all clients. She has been known to refer to teams she works with as “her teams” and loves to see their faces and game scores on TV.
Outside of work, Nichole serves as Vice President on the Parental Advisory Committee for her daughter’s elementary school, as well as Vice President for Big Hearts 4 Tiny Hands, a non-profit group that provides assistance to families while they have a baby in a NICU. Nichole is a farmer’s wife and a mom to a very busy but adorable daughter. She enjoys watching the Chicago Cubs and boating.
